OUR
APPROACH
At Lloyd Fickett & Associates, Inc. we work with you
to establish the practice of The Collaborative Way® in
your company and prepare you to keep the practice alive
and vital into the future with or without additional support
from us.
Typically, we start an engagement by working with a group
of twelve to sixteen key leaders, including the company
owner and/or CEO. We provide a structure for them to become
competent in their practice of The Collaborative Way®.
This core group forms the backbone for the company-wide
implementation and practice.
The initial phase of our work includes a combination of
training, consulting and coaching sessions to ensure that
the practices are anchored in the daily behaviors and
concerns of your business. During this phase, we provide
you with the materials and support needed for you to train
the rest of your organization, including all new employees.
We can also train an additional level of leaders depending
on the needs of your company.
The second phase of our work together takes place approximately
eighteen months after the completion of the first phase.
This phase is designed to reinforce and retune your practice
of The Collaborative Way® to insure that you are gaining
a competitive edge.
While there are common elements to implementing The Collaborative
Way®, our work is tailored to individual company needs
and involves close collaboration with our clients.
Lloyd Fickett & Associates, Inc. is available for
any additional support your company needs to further your
practice of The Collaborative Way®. This support ranges
from additional training, coaching and consulting to assistance
in developing or modifying your own in-house training
and reinforcement programs.
